EV Wiring Harness

Our EV (Electric Vehicle) wiring harness is a specialized wiring assembly designed for electric vehicles. It serves as the electrical backbone of the vehicle, connecting various components & systems, including the battery, motor, charging system, power electronics, and control units. It is specifically engineered to handle high-voltage electrical currents and ensure efficient power distribution as well as signal transmission throughout the vehicle. It incorporates safety features to protect against electric shocks in addition to short circuits. The EV wiring harness plays a critical role in the reliable operation and performance of electric vehicles, enabling seamless integration as well as control of the electrical systems within the vehicle.

• High-Voltage (HV) Harness: Transports heavy current between the main battery, inverter, and motor; often shielded to prevent electromagnetic noise.
• Low-Voltage (LV) Harness: Connects sensors, ECUs, and 12V electronics.
